This Sunday (June 24, 2018) will be our new organists first Sunday playing with us.  We welcome Sharron Yancy to the organ and look forward to wonderful ministry with her at Christ Central.

Be sure to invite folks to come and sing with us during our Summer Open Choir Season.  Just come warm-up with us at 10:40 on Sunday morning in the Choir Room.  All singers are welcome!

FYI - This week's anthem (Dec. 17) will be "Welcome to Our World" and we'll use "Child of Peace and Love" for Dec. 24.

Yes, it's that time of the year.  We'll begin work on our Easter Music this Sunday (February 26) with Anthem Practice at 4:30 and Easter Music Practice at 5:00.

PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE invite others to come sing with us.  We NEED a big group to appropriately share some of our pieces this year.

Looks like we are going to be a little short of our February Sunday morning Choir attendance goal ... Let's come on strong for March!!!

Sunday Morning Attendance Goal for January Met!!!
    Doing our part to help with 243!!!

Average attendance goal for January was 15.

Last year January was 13.8 per Sunday.

January average was 15.5!!!

SUNDAY MORNING ATTENDANCE GOALS

To support the church-wide Sunday morning average attendance goal of 243, the Choir will be setting attendance goals for the year (and for each month).

After discussion at Choir practice Sunday night, it was decided that our January average attendance goal would be 15.   (Last year's January attendance rate was 13.8).

Every member is important and your weekly participation will help us meet this goal.

Also, continue to reach out for new Choir participants.  (more on this later)

ADVENT SEASON

Yes, it will be here before you know it.

Lots of new music for this year.  Along with Grand Avenue Brass, we will have Joella Hood (flute) with us again as well as Keith Labenne (Cello).  

We'll need as many 'Seasonal Singers' to help us as we can get.  Start recruiting NOW!
